The
Harson Trust commenced trading in 2007 when Paul & Karen Dobson and
Rob Hardy combined their real estate Vendor Finance businesses.
Co-incidentally
both Rob and Paul & Karen started their individual businesses in
2003, after researching real estate Vendor Finance business models in
the U.S. and Australia.
Both
Paul & Karen and Rob enjoy living in Port Stephens, NSW.
Inevitably, they met and started talking Vendor Finance. Combining
both businesses in 2007 has reduced costs and allowed for greater
growth than was possible under two separate businesses.
Getting
into a real estate based business, in NSW, in 2003 may not be regarded
as perfect timing! However, even with the recent "challenges" in the
real estate market, they have been able to use the benefits of Vendor
Finance, to build their property portfolio to a size they never dreamt
of.
The
Harson Trust now generates cash flow they're delighted with and the
resulting growth of their property portfolio has allowed both Rob, Paul
& Karen to give up their previous jobs and work full time in the
business.
